The P-nut man

His actual name is still up in the air. But the locals call the P-nut man, on the corner of Burnt Stand and Auraria, Joe-L Hallman. Maybe its spelled Joel, and everyone says it funny because we live in the country. Or maybe its Joe L. Hallman. My first instinct was Joelle. I'll keep posted as the story develops. Regardless, he's not as mean as he looks, and he will let you take his picture if you buy some boiled p-nuts.
